TERMS OF SERVICE: IGNITE STUDIOS (IGNITE LABS)

By booking and using Ignite Studios, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings & Payments
All studio bookings must be made in advance. Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
2. Session Times, Late Arrival & Overtime
Sessions begin and end at the time booked. Late arrival does not extend your session time. Any time lost due to late arrival is forfeited. Overtime is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your booking start time. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are non‑refundable. No‑shows will be charged the full booking fee. Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
4. Studio Use & Care
The studio and all equipment must be treated with care and respect. Any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment, furniture, or facilities caused by the client or their guests will be charged in full for repair or replacement. Equipment is pre‑set and must not be moved, unplugged, or adjusted without prior approval. Food and drinks must be kept away from all equipment at all times.
5. Cleanliness & Room Condition
The studio must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. All furniture, equipment, and accessories must be returned to their original positions. All rubbish must be placed in bins provided. Failure to leave the studio in its original condition may result in a cleaning or reset fee.
6. Studio Hire vs Content Packages
Studio Room Hire bookings are self‑operated unless technical support has been booked separately. Ignite Studios is not responsible for setup, camera operation, or troubleshooting during room hire bookings. Content Packages include guided setup and onsite technical support as outlined in the selected package and booking confirmation.
7. Recording, Files & Deliverables
Audio levels and recording settings will be professionally set prior to your session. Clients may monitor audio during recording but must not alter equipment settings unless reviewed by in‑house production staff. Raw recorded files may be taken on the day or delivered via download link within 24 hours of recording. Edited content (short‑form and long‑form, including basic captions and formatting) will be delivered within 7 business days of the recording session. Each booking includes one (1) round of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Delivery scope and inclusions are based on the selected package or booking confirmation.
8. Technical Issues & Force Majeure
In the unlikely event of technical failure, equipment malfunction, or circumstances beyond our control, Ignite Studios will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session. Refunds are not guaranteed in these circumstances.

9. Capacity & Access
Maximum occupancy is 4 people per studio space, with up to 2 people recording at any one time unless otherwise approved.
No children are permitted in the studio under any circumstances. Only approved guests may enter the studio space.
10. Behaviour & Conduct
Respectful and professional behaviour is required at all times. Abusive, disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated.
Ignite Studios reserves the right to end a session immediately without refund if behaviour breaches these Terms & Conditions.
11. Content Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of all content recorded. Ignite Studios is not responsible for content performance, messaging, claims, or outcomes resulting from recorded material.
12. Intellectual Property & Usage
All content recorded during your session remains the intellectual property of the client. Ignite Studios will not use or distribute recordings without permission. With the client’s written permission, Ignite Studios may use short excerpts for studio promotion. Clients may opt out at any time in writing.
13. Liability
Use of the studio is at your own risk. Ignite Studios is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ignite Studios against any claims arising from their use of the studio.
14. Right to Refuse Service
Ignite Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion if these Terms & Conditions are breached.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session at Ignite Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
